Overview

The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and increasing the market share of different management applications within their designated territory. This role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and effectively demonstrating the value of our software solution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a good understanding of the IT sector, and the ability to close deals.

Responsible For
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
    • Identify and prioritize potential schools and educational institutions for sales opportunities.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
    • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, including principals, administrators, and IT managers.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the school management application.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing:
    • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
    • Ensure all sales processes and procedures are followed to secure deals.
  • Post-Sales Support:
    • Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure seamless deployment and adoption of the software.
    • Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting and Feedback:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular reports to the Regional Sales Manager on sales performance and market feedback.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area to meet clients and attend events.
